Many of our products are handmade by the designers themselves, and it is part of their character and charm to include slight variations. 

We are happy to negotiate different sizes, colours, materials, custom orders or corporate gifting with our designers.

The price may change due to different costs. Please contact us with a clear description of what you, or your company, would like and we will send a quote.


All goods are packaged as carefully as possible, to ensure that they arrive looking just as good as when we sent them off to you.

All jewellery items come wrapped in tissue paper and, where possible, in the prettiest little boxes.


Repairs can usually be done within the first 3 months after date of purchase and costs are calculated on a case by case basis.

Returns / Refund Policy:

We accept unopened, unused items, in their original packaging, within 10 working days from delivery/collection.

This excludes any custom orders where products have been made specifically for you.

Any items arriving after this 10day period will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. If you are concerned, please contact us.

We do not accept responsibility for the return postage fee unless your order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Only once we receive the returned items, and inspect the goods, can we issue your refund. Please note that the original delivery fee of sending the goods to you cannot be refunded.

Prices & Currency:

All items are priced in South African Rands (ZAR). If you would like to calculate the price in another currency, please click here.

For international orders please note: your country may charge additional import duties on collection depending on its own policy and the type of goods you are purchasing.

Payment must be made before any parcels are sent off. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch.

Shipping for Local Orders (RSA):

  • Courier - if your order is over the value of R500.00, courier is free. You must supply a physical address (not a P.O. Box) and a number to be contacted on during delivery hours. Please double-check that your address is correct as, if after two delivery attempts, we are unable to reach you - the order will be returned to us and checked back into stock. We will then refund your payment minus a R50 stock-processing fee. Please note that the original delivery fee will not be refunded.

International Shipping:

We post internationally, and costs vary according to weight and size.

Shipping is calculated automatically during Checkout.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes up to 2 weeks, but unfortunately this is an estimate and not a guaranteed time. Parcels are sent via airmail counter-to-counter, and each parcel has a tracking number which we will email you once we have sent your parcel off. You can track your parcel online with SAPO - click here - while your parcel is in South Africa, and then with your country's own Postal Service once it leaves South Africa.

Please note : some countries (for example, Australia) will issue their own tracking number when the parcel reaches that country. Please call your Post Office and give them your South African tracking number and they will be able to give you the new tracking number and advice on how to track it within your country.

While we are happy to assist with tracking parcels where we can, once parcels leave South Africa, the South African Post Office can no longer track it for us as it is then the responsibility of the receiving country. If you are expecting an international parcel, it is always a good idea to know how your own Post Office works within your county to avoid parcels being uncollected and returned to South Africa.

Please note : If a parcel is sent internationally and is not collected and so returned to us - we are happy to refund the price of the items sent, once we have received the parcel, but we cannot refund the shipping fee. If you wish for your parcel to be resent, a second shipping fee will need to be paid.


There are three payment options:

1) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

If you select this option, our banking details will be provided after checkout.

Please use your invoice number and name as your banking reference, and send through proof of payment as directed.

2) Payfast

PayFast accepts payments in a variety of ways. You can use your credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA's four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and Ukash. Please visit the PayFast website for information.

3) Paypal

Paypal also accepts payments in a variety of ways. You can use your credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Please visit the Paypal website for information.
